Terms of Service

The service

transportoradea.com provides private, door-to-door passenger transport on the routes shown on the site (Oradea ⇄ Budapest, Debrecen, Timișoara, Cluj-Napoca), with a dedicated car and professional driver. Bookings are made exclusively on WhatsApp at +40 752 562 503.

Booking and confirmation

A booking becomes firm once you receive the written confirmation on WhatsApp, with the fixed price, pickup point and trip details. Please check the details (date, time, address, flight number) at confirmation.

Prices and payment

All displayed prices are fixed, for the whole car (1–4 passengers), and include all fees, fuel and border waiting time. Payment is made in cash at the end of the trip, in EUR or RON. We do not require a deposit.

Cancellation and changes

You can cancel or change your booking free of charge with a WhatsApp message, preferably at least 24 hours before the trip. For flights, we track the flight and automatically adjust the pickup time in case of delay, at no extra cost.

Passengers and luggage

Maximum capacity is 4 passengers, with 4 large suitcases and carry-on bags. Please inform us at booking about oversized luggage or small children, so we can prepare the trip properly.

Liability

We make every effort for punctuality and safety. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (border blockages, extreme weather, road closures), but we inform you immediately and adapt the route whenever possible.
