Who we are

The data controller is transportoradea.com, a private transfer service based in Oradea, Bihor county, Romania. You can contact us at any time at kavarscars@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +40 752 562 503 with any question about your personal data.

What data we collect

When you book on WhatsApp, you send us directly: your name, phone number, trip date and time, pickup address and destination, and optionally your flight number for arrival tracking.

Our website is static and uses no tracking cookies, has no user accounts and collects no analytics data. There are no online forms — all communication happens via WhatsApp or e-mail.

How we use the data

We use the data exclusively to organise and carry out your booked trip: confirming the booking, picking you up at the given address, tracking your flight and communicating with you about the trip. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. WhatsApp (Meta) processes messages according to its own privacy policy.

How long we keep the data

We keep booking correspondence only as long as needed to carry out the trip and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, after which we delete it. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro). To exercise these rights, write to us at kavarscars@gmail.com.
